DENVER WATER BOARD.
T'VHEREAS, the Lena Gulch storm drainage project requlres
the relocation of a pipe owned by the Denver Water Board,
NOl'J, THEREFOR.E, BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of
the City of Wheat Ridge that the Mayor be authorized to sign
an agreement to convey fee title to the Denver ,'Vater Board
for Everitt Junior High land received from the School Board
for the purpose of the relocation of the pine to the settling
Dond.
