TITLE: RESOLUTION AHENDING 'RESOLUTION NO. 741, AN IKDUSTRIAL DEVEL-
OPHENT REVENUE BOND INDUCEHENT RESOLUTION, DATED OCTOBEF 19,
1981, FOR R & D DEVELOPERS (DUNAWAY)
\'JI!EREAS, the City of \.7heat Ridge adopted Resolution 741, an
Industrial Development Revenue Bond Inducement Resolution for
R & D Developers on October 19, 1981; and
\'mEREAB, City Council wishes to amend said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Hheat Ridge, Colorado:
Section 1. Resolution 741 shall be amended to be effective
for a period of 2 years from the date of adoption. All other
particulars shall remain the same.
DONE lIND RESOLVED this 26th day of October, 1981.
