TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORI~ING CITY TREASURER TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT KNOWN
AS WHEAT RIDGE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY ACCOUNT AT THE BANK OF
APPLEWOOD, WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish an account for the direct deposit
of funds for the Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be authorized
to establish an account known as the WHEAT RIDGE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY
ACCOUNT at the Bank of Applewood, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer and his designated
Deputy Treasurers be authorized in the name of the Authority to collect,
endorse and assign all checks, drafts, notes and other negotiable instruments
payable to this Authority, or in which this Authority has an interest, and to
draw, sign and deliver in the name of this Authority, checks or drafts against
the funds of this Authority on deposit in this account at Bank of Applewood,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of deposit in the account
of this Authority with Bank of Applewood, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, any officer
of this City may endorse, sign or deliver on behalf of this Authority, any
checks, orders or other evidence of indebtedness for the payment of moneys
payable to the order of this Authority.
BE IT FURBER RESOLVED that the powers conferred by the foregoing
resolution shall continue until notice, in writing, terminating such authority
shall be served upon Bank of Applewood, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and shall he
noted upon the certified copy of such resolution delivered to said bank.
