TITLE:
RESOLUTION TO ABOLISH STREET CO~~lITTEE AND ADOPT AN
ANNUAL STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAH
\'ffiEREAS, the Mayor has appointed four r.embers of the
City Council to serve as a Street Cornrr,ittee; and
WHEREAS, the Street Com~ittee's function is no longer
deemed necessary since staff has developed a point deficiency
rating system to determine street reconstruction and repair
priorities; and
~'lliEREAS, staff
shall
recommend street reconstruc-
tion and repair priorities to the entire City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, that the Hayor be urged to
abolish the Street Committee effective immediately; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the annual street reconstruc-
tion program be adopted by City Council no later than February 28
of each year.
