WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge and the Wheat Ridge Urban
Renewal Authority have a cow~on interest in i~ple~enting an Urban
Renewal Plan and the Wadsworth Town Center Master Plan, and
\'JHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of \"heat
Ridge to enter into the IntergovernMental Cooperation Aaree~ent
which is attached to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Section 14.2 of the Howe Rule Charter of the City
of Wheat Ridae authorizes the City of Wheat Ridge, by Resolution,
to enter into Intergovernmental Agreements.
Nml, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVP.D by the City Council of
the City of "lheat Ridge that the Intergovernmental Cooperation
Aareement attached to this Resolution be approvec, and the Mayor
be authorized to sign said Cooperation Agreement.
