TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CITY TREASURER
BE IT RESOLVED that Charlotte E. Hill, Accounting Technician,
City of Wheat Ridge, is authorized in the name of the City of Wheat Ridge to
collect, endorse and assign all checks, drafts, notes and other negotiable
or non-negotiable instruments payable to this City, or in which this City has
an interest, and to draw, sign and deliver, in the name of this City, checks
or drafts against the funds of this City on deposit in the 1st Bank of
Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of carrying out this
Resolution that Charlotte E. Hill mentioned aforesaid be and she is appointed
as Deputy Treasurer for the City of Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority of the aforesaid Deputy
Treasurer to perform each and all of the powers conferred by the foregoing
Resolution shall be in effect from May 24, 1982, until notice of termination
of such authority shall be served in writing upon the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 24th day of May, A.D., 1982.
