TITLE:
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR BUDGET TRANSFERS WITHIN THE
ANNUAL BUDGET PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN UNDER-
GROUND PIPE LOCATOR
WHEREAS, there is in effect an annual budget for 1982 containing
the General Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund, and Capital Improvement
Fund, and Special Funds;
WHEREAS, unforeseen needs have arisen which require changes to
be made in the General Fund and Capital Improvement Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation
accounts be amended as shown below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that none of the changes shall be
construed to change the total appropriation as filed with
the Division of Local Government.
