RESOLUTION NO. 82A

TITLE: A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFERS FROM THE UNALLOCATED FUND BALANCE
TO THE OPERATING BUDGET AND AN ACCOUNT TRANSFER WITHIN THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the 1982 Annual Budget and desires to
adhere to professional accounting practices in the management of the 1982
Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has also adopted the 1982 Capital Improvement Fund
and desires professional management of these accounts; and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator is unable to make appropriate internal budget
transfers according to established transfer policies.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado hereby
resolves to authorize the transfers documented below,
