TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1983 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BUDGET
TO PROVIDE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE 26TH AVENUE STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the 1983 Budget and desires to amend
said budget for the purpose of providing for an additional Capital Improvement
Fund expenditure of $330,000 for the express purpose of participating in the
26th Avenue Street Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, the 1982 Annual Report shows a 1982 year end fund balance $699,341 higher
than the fund balance in the 1983 Budget adopted on October 11, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado
hereby resolves to amend the 1983 Annual Budget as follows:
