TITLE: RESOLUTION TO ABOLISH POLICE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council established a Police Advisory
Committee by Resolution No. 738, Series of 1981. and
WHEREAS, the Police Advisory Committee function is
currently severely limited due to the continuinq success of the
Crime Prevention Program within the Police Departwent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bv the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridqe, Colorado, that the Police Advisory Committee
be abolished effective immediately; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 738 previously
adopted by the City Council be and is hereby rescinded.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 23rd day of May, 1983.
