TITLE: EXTENSION OF INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE 1ST BANK
OF WHEAT RIDGE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND
FOR A PROJECT IN THE WADSWORTH TOWN CENTER TO
OCTOBER 1, 1985.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge passed Resolution
No. 742, Series of 1981, approving an inducement resolution
for the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge for a facility in the
Wadsworth Town Center on October 12, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the City Council corrected the first
resolution with Resolution No. 811, Series of 1982, so that
all references to the time period be for a period of two
years, which is up on October 12, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge continues to
have interest in developing property in the southeast
quadrant of 44th Avenue and Wadsworth as part of the
Wadsworth Town Center project of the City Council and the
Wheat Ridge urban Renewal Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the time period
of the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge Inducement Resolution No. 742
for an Industrial Revenue Bond be extended to October 1,
1985.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 26th day of September, 1983.
