SERIES OF 1983
TITLE: RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 741 AND 748, INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND INDUCEMENT RESOLUTIONS FOR R & D DEVELOPERS
(DUNAWAY) .
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge adopted Resolution No. 741, an Industrial
Development Revenue Bond Inducement Resolution for R & D Developers on October
19, 1981; and
WHEREAS, City Council amended the Inducement Resolution by Resolution
NO. 748 on October 26, 1981, making the time period two years, which expires
on October 19, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Dunaway has requested a two year extension on this
Inducement Resolution to cover her development plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO:
That the Inducement Resolution No. 741, originally passed on October
19, 1981, be extended for an additional two years so that it shall be valid
until October 19, 1985. All other particulars shall remain the same.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 10th day of October, 1983.
