TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FROM CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE'S ATTRIBUTABLE SHARE OF THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY OPEN SPACE FUND FOR PARKS AND OPEN SPACE
DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has expended
Capital Improvement Funds for the development of Hayward Park,
Wheat Ridge Historical Park, Wheat Ridge Park, Richards-Hart
Estate and greenbelt footbridges,
WHEREAS, the voters of Jefferson County voted on
November 4, 1980 to allow expenditures for the construction
and maintenance of parks and open space,
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge approved the
development of Hayward Park, Wheat Ridge Historical Park,
Wheat Ridge Park, Richards-Hart Estate and greenbelt footbridges
as a Capital Improvement project during 1983,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of
Wheat Ridge that the Jefferson County Open Space officials
process the request for reimbursement for the development of
Hayward Park, Wheat Ridge Historical Park, Wheat Ridge Park,
Richards-Hart Estate and greenbelt footbridges.
DONE AND RESOLVED on this
