TITLE: RESOLUTION DECLARING PORTIONS OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE
TO BE A DISASTER AREA
WHEREAS, the city of Wheat Ridge suffered serious damage
to residences, businesses, vehicles, and other public and private
facilities, caused by a violent and destructive hail storm which
occurred June 13, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the cost and magnitude of responding to and recovery
from the impact of the hail storm is far in excess of the City's
available resources;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, that those portions of the city of Wheat
Ridge damaged by the hail storm are declared to be a disaster
area.
DONE AND RESOLVED this l8th day of June, 1984.
