TITLE: A RESOLUTION N1ENDING THE CITY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1984
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1984 has been adopted through Resolution No. 865 on October 24,
1983; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City
of Wheat Ridge to amend the 1984 Annual Budget by increasing the
Carryover Fund Balance of the Capital Improvement Fund (3l-580-589)
to $794,830 and by increasing the Drainaqe Improvements account
(31-302-833) $1,344,830; and
WHEREAS, this amendment increases the 1984 Capital Improve-
ment Fund budget to a level of $3,459,130 and the total City budget
to a level of $l3,164,480;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A. The City of Wheat Ridge Budget for the 1984 fiscal year
be amended as provided for in this resolution.
B. The State Division of Local Government be notified of
said amendment as required by State Statute.
