TITLE: RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 915 ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND
PROVIDING PAY GRADES AND PAY RANGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985
WHEREAS, the City has adopted the Resolution 915, Series of 1984 establishing
the salary schedule for 1985, and
WHEREAS, compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act requires amendments to
Resolution 915.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution 915 be amended as follows:

C. Court pay shall be paid to employees for court appearances when subpoenaed
during off-duty hours.
