TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1985
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1985 has been adopted through Resolution No. 914 on October 22,
1984; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1985 Annual Budget by increasing the
Carryover Fund Balance of the Capital Improvement Fund (31-580-589) to
$1,227,252 and by increasing Drainage Improvement account 31-302-834
by $521,982 and account 31-302-837 by $271,000; and
WHEREAS, this amendment increases the 1985 Capital Improvement
Fund budget to a level of $ 4,220,482 and the total City budget to a
level of $15,225,196;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A. The City of Wheat Ridge Budget for the 1985 fiscal year
be amended as provided for in this resolution.
B. The State Division of Local Government be notified of
said amendment as required by State Statute.
