TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FROM CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE'S ATTRIBUTABLE SHARE OF THE JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN
SPACE FUND FOR PARKS AND OPEN SPACE DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has expended General
Funds for the construction, acquisition and maintenance of parks
and open space projects in 1985,
WHEREAS, the voters of Jefferson County voted on
November 4, 1980 to allow expenditures for the construction and
maintenance of parks and open space,
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge approved the
construction projects at Wheat Ridge Historical Park, Panorama
Park, Wheat Ridge Park, and the Wheat Ridge Community Center in
addition to parkland appraisals for the Davis, Brown and Jalamar
properties during 1985,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Wheat
Ridge that the Jefferson County Open Space officials process the
request for reimbursement for the approved construction,
acquisition and maintenance projects and costs on park property
appraisals.
