TITLE:
A Resolution approving amendments to the Limited Wadsworth
Town Center Project and Urban Renewal Plan.
\/HEREAS, the Urban Renewal Authority has recommended amendments to the
Wadsworth Town Center Urban Renewal Plan for the purpose of
accomplishing redevelopment along 44th Avenue, east of the 1st Bank of
Wheat Ridge Building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge that the Council approve the amendments to the Limited Wadsworth
Town Center Project and Urban Renewal Plan as prepared by the Urban
Renewal Authority, which are for the purpose of achieving redevelopment
of the parcels along 44th Avenue, east of the new 1st Bank of Wheat
Ridge development. The funds budgeted under "attract development"
account 37-120-875 in the revised Wadsworth Fund 1987 budget approved on
December 22, 1986 shall be used by the Authority for the purpose of
accomplishing the necessary steps to solicit developer proposals and to
evaluate those proposals for the purpose of making recommendations to
City Council.
