TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1987.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1987 has been adopted through Resolution No. 1007 on
October 27,1986; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1987 Annual Budget by increasing the
budgeted revenues within the Urban Renewal Authority-Kipling
Activity Center budget as follows:

WHEREAS, this amendment increases the 1987 URA-Kip1ing Activity
Center budget to a level of $111,205;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A. The City of Wheat Ridge Budget for the fiscal year 1987 be
amended as provided in the resolution.
B. The State Department of Local Governments be notified of
said amendments as requ; .ed by State Statute.
