RESOLUTION NO. 1035

TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE TO ENTER
INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH URBAN DRAINAGE
AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT REGARDING CONSTRUCTION OF
MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS TO ROLLING HILLS TRIBUTARY
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge and Urban Drainage
and Flood Control District, have a common interest in drainage
improvements in the Rolling Hills Subdivision in the City of
Wheat Ridge; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Wheat
Ridge to enter into the Intergovernmental Agreement which is
attached hereto and approved by City Council on April 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Section 14.2 of the Home Rule Charter of the
City of Wheat Ridge authorizes the City of Wheat Ridge, by
Resolution, to enter into Intergovernmental Agreements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Wheat Ridge that the Intergovernmental Agreement
attached to this Resoltuion be approved, and the Mayor be
authorized to sign said Intergovernmental Agreement.
DONE AND RESOLVED this
