TITLE:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BASIC FINANCING STRUCTURE OF
THE ~HEAT RIDGE TOWN CENTER PROJECT AS SUBMITTED BY THE
WHEAT RIDGE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REVI'rALIZATION
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Section lC of the Urban Renewal Plan adopted by the
Wheat Ridge City Council requires that the City Council approve
the basic financing structure tor the Wadsworth Town Center
project contemporaneous with the execution of an Agreement for
Development and Disposition;
WHEREAS, the Economic Development and Revitalization
Commission has submitted the basic tinancing structure which is
attached hereto and the City Council has reviewed the same;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WHEA'r RIDGE, COLORADO, .AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge does hereby
approve said basic financing structure as submitted and as
attached hereto.
