RESOLUTION NO. 1056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE APPROVING THE COOPERATION
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, attached hereto and incorporated herein is a
proposed cooperation Agreement between the City and the Economic
Development and Revitalization Commission to implement the Wheat
Ridge Town Center Urban Renewal Plan without unnecessary
duplication of resources and to provide payment to the city for
its assistance in implementing the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE THAT:
The cooperation Agreement between the city and the
Economic Development and Revitalization commission in the form
attached hereto is approved.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado on the 26th day of
October, 1987.
