Series of 1988
TITLE:
A RESOL UTION URGING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO ENACT, AND
URGING THE GOVERNOR TO SIGN, HOUSE BILL 1006.
WHEREAS, House Bill 1006 has been introduced for
consideration in the General Assembly of the State of Colorado;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge has
reviewed said House Bill 1006 and finds and determines that
adoption of said House Bill is in the best interests of the
residents of the City of Wheat Ridge.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado endorses House Bill 1006 and urges
the House of Representatives and the Senate of the State of
Colorado to adopt said House Bill, and further urges the Governor
to sign said Bill upon its adoption.
