WHEREAS, the property located in wheat Ridge,
Lolorado, 00nsisting of approximately twenty (20) acres, more or
less, and
WHEREAS, this property is located in an area of
Wheal Ridge where the Parks and Open Space Plan recommends that
add it i ()nil 1 I and be acqu ired; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to investigate the value
of this property under the Jefferson County Open Space program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has sufficient
funds III tIs share of the Jefferson County Open Space fund to
ilppralse this parcel of land; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the ( ity of Wheat Ridge, that the Jefferson County Open Space
officials be hereby authorized and requested to secure a
profesRional appraisal on the property located at 8150 West 48th
,\\enup as rpferenced in this Rpsolution, and to determine its fair
marhpt \ al UP,
