TITLE: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CREATION OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1987-1, BOND AND
I NTEREST FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Councl I passed Ordinance No. 754 on May
9, 1988, authorizing Issuance of Special Assessment Bonds; and
WHEREAS, proper accounting procedure requires payment for
these bonds to be accounted for 1 n a separate fund ca II ed a Debt
Service Fund; and
WHEREAS, per Ordinance No. 754, the name of this Debt
Service Fund shal I be named CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT D I STR I CT NO. 1987-1, BOND AND I NTEREST FUND;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councl I of the
City of Wheat Ridge, that a new fund be created that Is a Debt
Service Fund and is named City of Wheat Ridge, Special
Improvement District No. 1987-1, Bond and Interest Fund.
