Series of 1988
TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1988 has been adopted through Resolution No. 1058, on
October 26, 1987; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Councl I of the City of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1988 Annual Budget by increasing the
budgeted revenues in the Capital Improvement Fund by $1,144,000
as follows:

WHEREAS, this amendment Increases the 1988 Capital Improvement
Fund budget to $4,024,000, and the total City of Wheat Ridge
budget as of this transaction to $15,637,650.
WHEREAS, with the creation of the City of Wheat Ridge Special
Improvement District No. 1987-1, Bond and Interest Fund approved
through the passage of Resolution No. _l~~____ on June 13, 1988;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Counci I of the City of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1988 Annual Budget by increasing the
budgeted revenues In the City of Wheat Ridge, Special Improvement
District No. 1987-1, Bond and Interest Fund by $106,000 as
follows:

WHEREAS, this amendment increases the 1988 City of Wheat Ridge,
Special Improvement District No. 1987-1, Bond and Interest Fund
budget to $106,000 and the total City of Wheat Ridge budget as of
this resolution to $15,743,650.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci I of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado:
A. That the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1988 be amended as provided in this resolution; and
8. The State Division of Local Governments be notified of said
amendments as required by State Statute.
