TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CITY TREASURER
BE IT RESOLVED that Michael J. Smith, City Administrator, City
of Wheat Ridge, is authorized in the name of the City of Wheat Ridge
to co II ect, endorse and ass I gn a II checks, draf ts, notes and other
negotiable or non-negotiable instruments payable to this City, or in
which this City has an Interest, and to draw, sign and del iver, in
the name of this City, checks or drafts against the funds of this
City on deposit in the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of carrying out
this Resolution that Michael J. Smith mentioned aforesaid be and he
is appointed as Deputy Treasurer for the City of Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority of the aforesaid
Deputy Treasurer to perform each and a II of the powers conferred by
the foregoing Resolution shal I be in effect from June 27, 1988, unti I
notice of termination of such authority shall be served in writing
upon the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 27th day of June, 1988.
