RESOLUTION NO. 1103

TITLE: RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1048 AND ITS
APPROVAL OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE AND THE WHEAT RIDGE FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT RELATING TO PROVISION OF AMBULANCE SERVICES TO
RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1048 approved an
Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Wheat Ridge and
the Wheat Ridge Fire Protection District relating to provision of
ambulance services to residents of the City of Wheat Ridge; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1102 approved an
Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Wheat Ridge, the
Wheat Ridge Fire Protection District, and Ambulance Service
Company, relating to the provision of Emergency Ambulance
Services to residents residing within the Wheat Ridge Fire
Protection District; and
WHEREAS, the Intergovernmental Agreement referenced by
Resolution No. 1048, is heretofore null and void; and is
superseded by Resolution 1102;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City
of Wheat Ridge and the Wheat Ridge Fire Protection District
relating to provision of ambulance services, is hereby null and
void.
2. That Resolution 1048 previously adopted by City
Council be and is hereby rescinded and superseded by Resolution
1102.
