TITLE:
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1099, SERIES OF
1988 RE FEDERAL-AID-OFF-SYSTEM HAZARD ELIMINATION
PROJECT AT 32ND & YOUNGFIELD STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge
did, on July 25, 1988 adopt Resolution No. 1099, Series of 1988,
which resolution approved an intergovernmental agreement with the
Colorado Department of Highways for the purpose of constructing a
free right turn lane on westbound 32nd Avenue at Youngfield
Street; and
WHEREAS, the costs of right of way associated with this
project are prohibitive and deemed not in the best interest of
the City of Wheat Ridge;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado as follows:
Resolution No. 1099, Series of 1988, is hereby
rescinded in its entirety.
