RESOLUTION NO. 1144
Series of 1989
TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO OPEN A NEW
BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE DESCRIBED BELOW.
WHEREAS, the ~ity Council of the City of Wheat Ridge
created Chapter 24 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws, Enhanced
Sales Tax Incentive Program, with the passage of Ordinance No.
758, effective July 7, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Enhanced Sales Tax Incentive Program
Agreement was approved by City Council on March 13, 1989; and
WHEREAS, a separate bank account must be established for
App1ewood Village Shopping Center owner's fifty percent (50%)
share of the enhanced sales tax receipts;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, that the City Treasurer be authorized to
open a new bank account for the purpose described above.
