RESOLUTION NO. 1146
Series of 1989
TITLE: A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY IN
EXCESS OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE CITY OF HHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1989 has been adopted through Resolution No. 1118 on the
24th day of October, 1988: and
~1HP,REAS, the City of vlheat Ridge received additional revenue not
assured at the time of adoption of the 1989 budget: and
WHEREAS, with the adoption of Ordinance No. 754, dated May 9,
1988, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge authorized
issuance of Special Assessment Bonds in the amount of $1,250,0~O
to be repaid by twenty semi-annual installments of Principal and
Interest: and
WHEREAS, with the adoption of Ordinance No. 767, dated June 27,
1988, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge authorized
issuance of Sales Tax Revenue Bonds in the amount of $2,990,000
to be repaid by twenty semi-annual installments of Principal and
Interest;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado:
A . That the additional sum of $607,285 be appropriated for
expenditure in the Debt Service Funds, in 1989, for the purpose
of providing funds to pay the semi-annual ?rincipal and interest
for the Special Assessment and Sales Tax Revenue Bonds; and
B. That the 1989 total appropriation for the Debt Service
Funds be hereby increased to $607,285.
