HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution-1990-1187 RESOLUTION NO. 1187 Series of 1990 TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN SPACE OFFICIALS TO SECURE PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL ON PROPERTY CONSISTING OF .865 ACRES, LOCATED AT 4220 KIPLING STREET, IN WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO. WHEREAS, the property located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, consisting of .865 acres; and WHEREAS, Ridge where the additional land be this property is Parks and Open acquired; and located in an area of Wheat Space Plan recommends that WHEREAS, the City desires to investigate the value of this property under the Jefferson County Open Space Program; and WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has sufficient funds in its share of the Jefferson County Open Space Fund to appraise this parcel of land; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, that the Jefferson County Open Space officials be hereby authorized and requested to secure a professional appraisal on the property located at 4220 Kipling street, as referenced in this Resolution, and to determine its fair market value.
