TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE 1990
ACQUISITION REQUEST FORM TO THE JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN
SPACE FOR JOINT FUNDING OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE
PROPERTY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY FIFTEEN AND EIGHT
TENTHS (15.8) ACRES LOCATED AT 4171 KIPLING STREET, IN
WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Open Space has instituted
a program for joint funding of acquisitions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has acquisition needs
that are beyond our means; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has the opportunity to
enter into a joint funding for acquisitions program with
Jefferson County Open Space.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of apply
for 50% joint funding for the acquisition of the property
consisting of approximately fifteen and eight tenths (15.8) acres
located at 4171 Kipling Street.
