TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN SPACE
OFFICIALS TO SECURE A SURVEY, TITLE COMMITMENT,
NEGOTIATE FOR THE ACQUISITION AND TO ACQUIRE THE
PROPERTY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY EIGHTY-SIX
HUNDREDS OF AN ACRE (.86), LOCATED AT 4220 KIPLING
STREET IN WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the

Open Space officials be hereby authorized and requested to secure
a survey, title commitment, negotiate for the acquisition and to
acquire the property located at 4220 Kipling Street as referenced
in this resolution, and to determine fair market value.
