TITLE:
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION #1011, SERIES OF 1986,
AUTHORIZING JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN SPACE TO SECURE
PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL ON AND TO ACQUIRE THE HAWKINS
PROPERTY, LOCATED AT 6675 WEST 29TH AVENUE, IN WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge
approved resolution #1011, Series of 1986, authorizing the
Jefferson County Open Space to secure a professional appraisal
and acquire the Hawkins property, located at 6675 W. 29th Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hawkins will only sell his property under
the terms of a Life Estate; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Open Space policy does
not allow for acquisition of property under the terms of a Life
Estate.
NOW, THEREFORE,
the City of Wheat Ridge,
1986 be rescinded.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
that the Resolution #1011, Series of
