TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN SPACE
OFFICIALS TO SECURE SURVEY, TITLE COMMITMENT, NEGOTIATE
FOR THE ACQUISITION AND TO ACQUIRE THE PROPERTY
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY TWO AND ONE QUARTER ACRES
(2.25), LOCATED NORTH OF 35TH AVENUE BETWEEN EVERETT
STREET AND FLOWER STREET IN WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the property is

under the Jefferson County Open Space Program; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Wheat Ridge, that the Jefferson County Open Space
officials be hereby authorized and requested to secure a survey,
ti tle commitment, negotiate for the acquisition and to acquire
the property located at North of 35th Avenue between Everett
Street and Flower Street as referenced in this resolution, and to
determine fair market value.
