RESOLUTION NO. 1270

TITLE: A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY IN
EXCESS OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1991 has been adopted through Resolution No. 1226 on the
26th day of November, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has received written approval of
an additional amount available to be used to provide professional
training of police officers in the area of interviewing child
victims and witnesses, in the amount of $1,600, not assured at
the time of adoption of the 1991 budget:
WHEREAS, it is estimated that $1,600 will be spent during budget
year 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado:
A. That the additional sum of $1,600 be appropriated for
expenditure in the General Fund, in 1991, for the purpose of
professional training in the area of interviewing child victims
and witnesses; and
B. That the 1991 total appropriation for the General Fund
be hereby increased from $12,021,788 to $12,023,388.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 7Rrh day of October. 1991.
