RESOLUTION NO. 1271

TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1991.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1991 has been adopted through Resolution 1226, on November
26, 1990; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the city of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1991 Annual Budget by increasing the
budgeted revenues in the General Fund by $1,600 as follows:

WHEREAS, this amendment increases the 1991 General Fund budget to
$12,023,388 and the total City of Wheat Ridge budget as of this
transaction to $16,806,660.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado:
A. That the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the
fiscal year 1991 be amended as provided in this resolution; and
B. The State Division of Local Governments be notified of
said amendments as required by State Statute.
