TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE ANNUAL BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1992.
WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal year
1992 has been adopted through Resolution l275, of November 25,
1991; and amended by Resolution 1279; l315; and
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the city council of the city of Wheat
Ridge to amend the 1992 Annual Budget by increasing the budgeted
revenues in the General Fund by $525,000 as follows:
Amount Changed $525,000 in revenue and expenditure
REVENUE
General Fund Sales/Use Tax increased to $4,800,000
EXPENDITURE
General Fund General operations Economic Development Incentives
(Estip Payments) $525,000
Revised 1992 Budget Amount $525,000
WHEREAS, This resolution increases the General Fund Sales Tax
revenues to $4,800,000 and the total projected general fund revenue
as of this resolution to $13,116,375.
WHEREAS, The monthly payments for the Enhanced Sales Tax Incentive
Program will be paid out of account Ol-6l0-700-7l9 (Economic
Development Incentives); and this budget line will be listed as
$525,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado that the city's Annual Budget for the fiscal
year of 1992 be amended as provided in this resolution.
