RESOLUTION NO. 1338
SERIES 1993
TITLE:
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1993 ANNUAL BUDGET, RELATING TO
THE CAPITAL FUND, FUND 30, AND THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT FOR THE 44TH AVENUE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the city of Wheat Ridge has programmed a capital
project to repair and maintain west 44th Avenue from Harlan to
Sheridan Street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has entered into an
intergovernmental agreement with the municipalities of Lakeside and
Mountain View to share the cost of the project; and
WHEREAS, the joint funding will cause additional revenues
to be deposited into the Capital Fund, Fund 30; and
WHEREAS, the additional revenues will increase the 1993
capital Fund by $220,598, which will raise the total Capital Fund
revenue to $3,634,223; and
WHEREAS, the intergovernmental agreement and the west
44th Avenue project will increase the Capital Fund expenditure by
$220,598 which will raise the total Capital Fund expenditure to
$3,352,748;
WHEREAS, Fund 30, Preventive Maintenance, 30-303-884,
will be increased by $220,598 in order to fund the project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the city of Wheat Ridge City
Council through the actions stated in this resolution amend the
1993 Annual Budget by increasing the Capital Projects Fund Revenue
by $220,598, and also increase the Capital Fund Expenditures in
line 30-303-884 by $220,598 in order to fund and complete the west
44th Avenue Preventive Maintenance Project from Harlan to Sheridan
Streets.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 25th day of January, 1993.
