RESOLUTION NO. 1378
Series of 1993
TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE ANNUAL BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1993.
WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal year
1993 has been adopted through Resolution 1325, of December 14,
1992; and
WHEREAS,

It is the desire of the City council of the City of Wheat
amend the 1993 Annual Budget by increasing the budgeted
in the General Fund by $525,000 and the Capital Fund by
as follows:
Amount Changed $525,000 in revenue and expenditure
REVENUE
General Fund Sales Tax increased to $5,025,000;
Capital Fund Sales Tax increased to $3,500,000.
EXPENDITURE
General Fund General Operations Economic Development Incentives
(Estip Payments) $525,000
Capital Fund Economic Development Incentives (ESTIP Payments)
$525,000
Revised 1992 Budget Amount $1,050,000
WHEREAS, This resolution increases the General Fund Sales Tax
revenues to $5,025,000 and the total projected general fund revenue
as of this resolution to $10,138,470. And, the Capital Improvement
Sales Tax revenues to $3,500,000 and the total CIP revenues to
$4,175,000.
WHEREAS, The monthly payments for the Enhanced Sales Tax Incentive
Program will be paid out of account 01-610-700-719 and 30-610-700-
719 (Economic Development Incentives); and each budget line will be
listed as $525,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado that the city's Annual Budget for the fiscal
year of 1993 be amended as provided in this resolution.
