RESOLUTION NO. 1380
TITLE:
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1993 ANNUAL BUDGET, INCREASING
THE MUNICIPAL COURT SPECIAL FUND REVENUES AND
EXPENDITURES.
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Wheat Ridge
wishes to amend the annual budget in order to allow the Municipal
Court Special Fund to collect the proper revenues and make the
proper payments to other governmental agencies; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court Fund (Fund 33) has recieved
additional revenue in both the $1 and $4 areas; and
WHEREAS, the increased revenues will cause additional
expenditures that are commensurate with the revenues; and
WHEREAS, the $1 Probation revenue will increase by
$1,460, which will allow revenues up to $4,000; and
WHEREAS, the $4 Court revenue will increase by $4,840,
which will allow revenues up to $15,000; and
WHEREAS, the $1 Probation expenses will increase by
$1,000, which will provide for $2,500 total expenses; and
WHEREAS, the $4 Court expenses will increase by $3,675,
which will provide for $9,703 total expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City council of
the City of Wheat Ridge has amended the 1993 annual budget for the
Municipal Court Special Fund (Fund 33) Probation and Court revenues
will increase by $1,460 and $4,840 respectively, and expenditures
will increase for Probation and and Court by $1,000 and $3,675
respectively.
DONE AND RESOLVED by a vote of
13th day of December, 1993.
