TITLE:
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED FEES FOR LIQUOR LICENSES.
WHEREAS, the city of Wheat Ridge city Council has
determined that liquor license fees should be increased.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. That the City Administration is authorized to
collect the following amounts for liquor license fees beginning
in the year of 1994.
2. The city of Wheat Ridge liquor license fees shall
be increased according to the following fee structure:
Wheat Ridge Survey Fee
Wheat Ridge Change of Trade Name
Wheat Ridge Modify Premises
Wheat Ridge Change of Location
$350
$ 25
$ 75
$100
DONE AND RESOLVED by a vote of
14th day of February, 1994.
