TITLE:
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED FEES FOR AMUSEMENT DEVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge City Council has
determined that amusement devices fees should be increased.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. That the City Administration is authorized to
collect the following amounts for amusement devices fees
beginning in the year of 1994.
2. The city of Wheat Ridge amusement devices fees
shall be increased to $60 per device.
DONE AND RESOLVED by a vote of
28th day of February, 1994.
