RESOLUTION NO. 1393
SERIES OF 1994
TITLE:
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PARK AND RECREATION FEES POLICY
WHEREAS, the city of Wheat Ridge offers recreation
programs and facilities to the citizens for use; and
WHEREAS, the city council has determined that a portion
of the cost of operating the recreation programs and facilities
shall be recovered by fees and charges; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Parks and Recreation
fee policy shown as exhibit "A" be adopted.
DONE AND RESOLVED on this 28th day of
February
1994.
