RESOLUTION NO. 1399

TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING
MONEY TO FUND 58, POST OFFICE FUND, FOR THE YEAR OF
1994.
WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the
fiscal year of 1994 has been approved by Resolution 1387; and
WHEREAS, This resolution will provide for $10,000 to be
appropriated from General Fund Unallocated and entered into
General Fund, General operations, Transfers to special Funds,
account number 01-610-890-897; and
WHEREAS, The $10,000 will be transferred from the
General Fund to the Post Office Fund, Fund 58 account number 58-
590-00-591, in order to facilitate the restoration of the
historic Post Office; and
WHEREAS, All expenses made by the City of Wheat Ridge
will be reimbursed through Open Space, Joint Ventures and Grants.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE:
That $10,000 be appropriated from General Fund
Unallocated and be placed in General Fund, General Operations,
Transfers to Special Funds, account number 01-610-890-897, and
the additional appropriation be transferred to Special Fund 58,
account number 58-590-00-591.
