RESOLUTION NO. 1401
SERIES OF 1994
TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS
AND RECREATION TO SIGN THE AMERICAN RED CROSS
AUTHORIZED PROVIDER AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT OF THE FACILITY FEE AND SUPPLIES FEE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge offer American Red Cross
learn to swim courses; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to the terms of the Authorized
Provider Agreement attached as exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to pay the facility fee and
supplies fee to the American Red Cross; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Wheat Ridge
City Council that:
1) The Director of Parks and Recreation be authorized to sign the
American Red Cross Authorized Provider Agreement Attached as
exhibit A.
2) The city will pay the Facility fee and the Supplies fees.
