RESOLUTION NO. 1434

TITLE:
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1994 ANNUAL BUDGET, PROVIDING
ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Wheat Ridge
wishes to amend the annual budget to increase the original
appropriation for the police department to provide additional funds
because of increased expenditures resulting from pawn shop
regulations; and
WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Wheat Ridge
desires to increase the Police Department appropriation to
$4,034,403; and
WHEREAS, the increased adjustment will necessitate a
supplemental budget appropriation of $3,200 to Account No. 01-212-
600-617.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the city of Wheat
Ridge city Council in order to fund obligations in the police
department in 1994, shall make a supplemental appropriation of
$3,200 to fund Police criminal Investigations #01-212-600-617.
DONE AND RESOLVED by a vote of -L- to ~ on this 14th
day of November, 1994.
