TITLE
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1994 CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE
ANNUAL BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has received sales tax that has surpassed the
projected amount relating to Enhanced Sales Tax Incentive Programs; and
WHEREAS, the increased sales tax revenue has generated an increase in
expenditures of $80,000 in the General Fund bringing the total General Fund annual expense to
$300,000; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Fund has also received revenue of $300,000 due to the
Enhanced Sales Tax Incentive Program and must be amended to reflect an equal expense of
$300,000 for Enhanced Sales Tax Incentive Programs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Wheat Ridge General
Fund account number 01-610-700-719 be increased to $300,000 and that the Capital Fund be
amended to increase account number 30-610-700-719 to $300,000
